I'm mainly working with an organization out of Cleveland right now Open Roads (alongside my friend and colleague Andrew Heinrich whom you met at the course and was at the Farm with me) and PRI-Cold Climate. With Open Roads I'm working on several things-mainly a website titled The Food Source. It's a project but we're specifically aiming at providing a database and training forum for persons to develop local and regionally-based regenerative food systems. This is ongoing as we deal with technical issues re: Microsoft and IE and CSS formats and crud like that. Really, technological issues taking away from the real agenda. But, oh well. We're working on it.
With PRI-Cold Climate I'm working specifically with Paula Westmoreland (and the org. at large) in developing their Backyard Farmer program scheduled to be launched in the spring. She's been wonderful to work with and I'm happy to give her my energies and efforts.
Then there's Thaddeus, Shelley and I. We're working on our thing(s) as well but it's a bit slower as Thaddeus is still in Michigan--but he and I are putting together our Gaia U. flier/ad (as I type I'm co-multi-tasking that) as we attempt to recruit a diverse pool of talent for getting Gaia U. for the upper midwest.
It's odd, though, as it's getting dark here around 16:30 and, though I love the winter, I'm still adjusting to that sudden cloak of darkness.
Either way, I'm sorry to be slow in responding but I really hope you are well, sorry to blabber, but this is a snippit of what I'm doing. I hope to see you all real soon!
