Lawns and foreclosures - possible Permaculture business?

Just ran across this interesting article:

Seems people loosing their homes is creating a new business for banks who choose to "pretty up" the place a bit. Can you imagine actually painting Green on lawns? There's got to be a better way (and possibly business potential...)
